Spreading Smiles and Confidence

Oral health is a key component in our lives. It affects how we speak, eat, and present ourselves. It also has a direct effect on our overall well-being. Dentistry is not simply about treating teeth but rather treating people. Each patient’s needs are unique and our personalized treatment plans will combine functionality with aesthetics to achieve harmony and beautiful smiles.

I fell in love with dentistry at a young age and never looked back. After wearing braces as an adolescent for four years, the proper alignment of my teeth and jaw resulted in a tremendous boost in confidence and happiness that I would carry forward into my adult life. It is now my goal to provide that same feeling of self-assurance to my patients. I truly believe that healthy teeth can provide patients with the tools for a happier, more confident life.

Dentistry allows me to connect with patients on a special one-on-one level. The unique and personal stories shared by my patients amaze me every day. I am humbled to be allowed into their lives. By adding fun and humor into dental appointments, I try to make everyone’s experience more pleasant and comfortable.

The Highland Dental Care Team

At Highland Dental, our patients are our top priority. Our doctors and staff are very cognizant of patients’ needs and desires. We work together to ensure patients have the most comfortable and pleasant experience possible. With our cheerful and friendly atmosphere, we hope all of our patients feel like they are a part of our dental family!

Education and Continuing Education

At the University of North Dakota, I majored in Biology and minored in Chemistry. I earned my Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) at Marquette University School of Dentistry and am honored to be part of their legacy. I then matched at the University of Washington for my General Practice Residency, which brought me to Seattle to stay.

Dentistry is evolving constantly and I like to keep current by attending conferences such as Midwinter Meeting in Chicago and the Pacific Northwest Dental Conference in Bellevue. Through these classes, I am able to bring more developed, intricate options and techniques to my patients’ dental care.

Personal Life

Outside of dentistry, I love to explore all the Pacific Northwest has to offer. I enjoy hiking the picturesque trails, kayaking on Lake Union, skiing at Stevens Pass, and biking through the bustling city. Traveling the world is a passion of mine and I cannot wait for my next adventure!
